Terms of Service
For Personal Assistant, a private application operated by Bob Mattax.
Scope
Personal Assistant is a private tool for the personal use of its operator. It is not offered to the public, is not for sale, and accepts no registrations. There is no service being provided to anyone else, and so nothing here creates an agreement with you.
Acceptable use
The only permitted user is the account owner. Any other access is unauthorised.
Availability
The application runs when I feel like running it. It carries no uptime commitment, no support obligation, and may be changed or switched off at any time without notice.
Warranty
Provided as is, without warranty of any kind. The operator accepts no liability arising from its use.
